We understand plans change. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund (minus a small processing fee). Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable to ensure we can pay our drivers fairly.

How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger ticket includes allowance for 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on item. If you have oversized items like skis, golf clubs, or bicycles, please contact us in advance as space may be limited on shared shuttles.
Where exactly do I meet the shuttle?
ABQ Airport Pickup: We pick you up at the ABQ Sunport terminal.
Airport security enforces short curbside wait times. We will contact you when we're arriving — please
proceed to Column 7 and wait there for pickup.
Santa Fe (La Fonda Hotel): Meet us at 100 E San Francisco St, Santa Fe, NM
87501 — the main entrance of La Fonda Hotel on the historic Plaza.
Drop-off at ABQ Airport: We drop you off directly at the airport departures terminal.
What if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
Text or call us at 505-545-2964 as soon as you know. We accommodate reasonable delays at no extra charge for shuttle riders. For significant delays we'll rebook you on the next available departure — no penalty, no hassle.
How long does the ride take?
Approximately 65–75 minutes depending on pickup and drop-off locations. We depart on schedule, so please be ready 5 minutes early. Traffic and weather are rare factors on this route.
Can I book for today or tomorrow?
Yes — we accept same-day bookings subject to availability. For the best chance of securing your preferred departure time, book as early as possible. Availability updates in real-time on the booking form above.
What if my departure has low ridership?
Our shared shuttle is designed for 2–9 passengers per trip. All departures are confirmed 24–48 hours in advance. If your departure doesn't meet minimum ridership, we'll contact you to reschedule at no cost, issue a full refund, or — if you'd like to guarantee the trip runs — discuss a departure guarantee option. We always reach out before any changes.
