Philmont Online Booking
Book immediately for 5-9 passengers
Groups of 5-9 can reserve and pay online using the same secure private-ride booking system already used by NMShuttle. Smaller groups and groups of 10 or more receive a custom quote.
Troop Transport
From single patrols to full contingents. We have vans and can coordinate multi-vehicle convoys to move 15, 20, or 30+ scouts and advisors at once.
Gear Capacity
We know Philmont packs are heavy. Our vehicles have ample cargo space for backpacks, duffels, and troop gear. No need to sit with your bag on your lap.
Family Shuttles
Parents dropping off or picking up? We offer comfortable sedan and SUV service for families visiting the ranch or staying in nearby Cimarron.
Seamless Logistics for Your Troop
Arrival & Pickup
We monitor all flights into ABQ Sunport. Your driver will meet your group at baggage claim with a sign. We'll help load all gear and get you on the road quickly.
The Journey
The drive to Cimarron takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours. We are happy to make a scheduled stop for lunch or last-minute supplies in Santa Fe or Las Vegas, NM. Just let us know in advance!
Base Camp Drop-off
We deliver you directly to the Philmont Welcome Center so you can check in immediately. Drivers are familiar with the ranch layout and drop-off procedures.
Departure
When your trek is done, we'll be there to pick you up. We recommend scheduling your pickup at least 5-6 hours before your flight departure to account for travel time and check-in.
