Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?
Booking in advance is the best way to guarantee your seat β€” especially in peak seasons (summer/holidays). That said, last-minute bookings are welcome: if seats are still open, you can book up to 1–2 hours before departure. Please avoid booking within 30 minutes of departure, as your driver may already be out picking up passengers. If you do book last-minute, text us at 505-545-2964 right after booking so we can alert your driver to the new pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
Manage, reschedule, or cancel anytime at nmshuttle.com/account. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a 90% refund (10% service fee). Within 24 hours of pickup, bookings are non-refundable but eligible for a 1-year trip credit.
Do you provide car seats?
We can provide car seats upon request for a small additional fee. Please mention this when booking.
