You will not be left guessing. On the day of your ride, your assigned driver texts you directly, confirms the trip details, and tracks your flight so pickup is timed around your actual arrival.
Morning text from your driver
Your assigned driver reaches out by text the morning of your ride, introduces themselves, and confirms your pickup plan. If you included a flight number, they will use it to track your arrival. Our drivers are known for clear, thorough communication, so you are never left wondering what happens next.
We track your flight
We watch your flight status in real time, so if you land early or late, your driver adjusts with it and knows exactly when to be ready.
Fast pickup, zero confusion
The same driver who texts you is the one picking you up. After you collect your bags, they will meet you at Column 7 in the arrival area. They are already staged near the airport, so there is no rideshare guessing and little to no wait after you land.

Advance Purchase: Book in advance to guarantee your vehicle and driver. Same-day and last-minute requests are welcome when a driver is available — text 505-545-2964 and we’ll confirm quickly.
Overnight Pickup Fee: Pickups between 10:00 PM and 5:59 AM include a $35 overnight fee per reservation. It appears as its own line in your total at checkout and on your confirmation email — no surprises.
Last-Minute Overnight Bookings: Private reservations made after 8:30 PM for a pickup later that same night may not be guaranteed — our office may not see a late-night booking in time to dispatch a driver. Please text 505-545-2964 to confirm driver availability before booking a same-night overnight pickup.
Cancellations: Cancel online anytime at nmshuttle.com/account. Cancellations 24+ hours before pickup receive a 90% refund (10% service fee); within 24 hours bookings are non-refundable but eligible for a 1-year trip credit.
Baggage: Fares include two (2) standard pieces of luggage per passenger. Please contact us for oversized items or bike transport.
Group Rates: For groups of 5 or more, please text us at 505-545-2964 for custom quotes and potential discounts.
Rescheduling: Need to change your pickup time? Text us at 505-545-2964 at least 12 hours before your scheduled ride and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed, reach out as soon as you know. We'll adjust your pickup time at no extra charge for reasonable delays.
